  29. With versions of the OS before 2.1 Commodore supplied text-to-speech
  30. software on the Workbench discs. Translator.library 42 replaces the
  31. Commodore supplied translator library. The original translates text
  32. to phonemes for use with the narrator device. It is used in software
  33. with speech output such as "Say" and "Term".

  35. Unfortunately for Spanish talkers the 42 release does not have the
  36. spanish accent file included. The following languages/dialects/accents
  37. are currently supported by the library:

  48. distributable and it really is the only part of the release neccesary
  49. for working.
